Like most of my guy friends I rarely change things up. I’ve been using the same brand of deodorant since high school because the girl I had a crush on back then said she liked the scent (old spice pure sport). A couple of years ago when I was living with Nate I noticed he was using a fancy shaving cream. One day when I was getting ready to shave, instead of using my go to Gillete can of blue/green goop, I tried his Burts Bees Shave Cream and I was hooked. If I wasnt living with him I would have NEVER purchased this product, but now its the only way I shave.

Why isnt there a better way to discover products for guys?

Why isnt there a guys version of BirchBox? I’ve been harassing Hayley & Katia since before they even shipped their first box for women to have a guys edition. [Dont say manpacks or guyhaus bc they provide staples you choose from, I want something that is curated.]

BirchMan - @Birchbox launches a spin off that’s a box for men, the cross over rate for females buying grooming products for men has to be above 50% already and making it giftable means perfect christmas, father’s day and graduation gifts. The huge mailing list and brand relationships they already have means the hard parts are removed and even if it’s a tiny fraction of their business they still capture the entire mens grooming market - also a tiny market compared to women’s grooming. /endbeautytechrant.
